Apple announces new iPad Mini with Pencil Pro support

Apple has introduced the long-anticipated update to its smallest tablet - the new iPad Mini with more powerful features.

The new seventh-generation iPad mini is equipped with the A17 Pro chip, designed to support Apple's intelligence. This chip, also found in the iPhone 15 Pro series, has a 6-core processor that delivers 30% improved performance compared to the previous model. Additionally, its 5-core graphics processing unit (GPU) provides enhanced graphics performance. The device also supports the new Apple Pencil Pro, which is a great addition for artists who use the Mini. It comes with 128 GB of storage in the base model, compared to 64 GB in previous models.

The new device features an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina screen and a 12-megapixel camera with Smart HDR 4. It also supports Wi-Fi 6E, which Apple claims provides twice the performance of the previous generation.
