Nothing has introduced the budget smartphone CMF Phone 1
Nothing company has announced its first smartphone under its budget-friendly brand CMF Phone 1. This new device belongs to the mid-range price segment and, compared to other similar devices, stands out for its removable back panel.
The main feature of this product is that users can independently replace the back cover, choosing a color that suits their mood. There are bolts on the sides of the lid, which can be unscrewed with a mini screwdriver, which is included.
There are four panel colors available: mint, dark blue, black, and orange. The main material used is plastic.
In the lower right corner of the CMF Phone 1, there is a circular mount for accessories. By default, a rotating ring is included, allowing you to adjust the volume of the speakers.
The smartphone has a removable battery, which can be replaced when the native battery's charge runs out.
The CMF Phone 1 features a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a peak brightness of up to 2,000 cd/m². The panel supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera in a small hole at the top of the screen. The fingerprint scanner is located under the display. On the back, the CMF Phone 1 has a dual camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main sensor with optics featuring an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The 8+128 GB model costs $199. The company plans to enter the international market later. Accessories for this device cost €25, and the back cover - €35.
