Zoom launches Zoom Docs based on AI Companion

Zoom has launched the first AI-powered document editor for collaborative editing, integrated into its Zoom Workplace platform.

Zoom Docs powered by the Zoom AI Companion, an AI-based generative assistant that helps to improve productivity.

Zoom Docs main features include: 

- Converting meeting notes into written documents 
- AI-generated meeting summaries to simplify collaboration 
- Collaborative editing during meetings 
- Creating and editing content based on meeting summaries
- Translating content into multiple languages 
- Customizable templates for different use cases 
- Integration with Figma and Google Docs

ZoomDocs with AI Companion is available in all paid Zoom Workplace plans.
Free users can create up to 10 shared documents and an unlimited number of personal documents, but they can upgrade to Zoom Workplace Pro, Business, or Enterprise plans to access more AI Companion features.

The feature is now available for users of the Zoom Workplace app version 6.1.6 or higher, and can be accessed through the Docs website or the Zoom web app.
