The Role

Job Title: Associate Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce prototypes, wireframes and hi-fidelity designs to communicate and discuss concepts with internal and external partners
• Ideate, hypothesize and rapidly test solutions to validate customer understanding
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify and deliver key product experiences, whilst balancing continuous improvement of existing features
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to improve design practices such as Design rituals, Design Systems or Research practices & processes
• Design to incorporate brand in every part of the product experience, to ensure an enjoyable and consistent learning experience

Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
• Experience in software Product Design; portfolio desired
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, and Principle

Skills:

• Proven experience prioritizing work, making trade offs, and ensuring goals are aligned with product and business
