The Role

Job Title: Junior iOS Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with studio and design team members to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for iOS applications.
• Assist in the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for improving app designs.
• Implement design feedback and iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in iOS design, ensuring our apps are cutting-edge and align with Apple's design standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Entry level up to 2 years of experience. 
• A passion for UI/UX design with a focus on iOS-centric design principles.
• Basic understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and a keen interest in following Apple’s keynotes and design updates.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on iOS app designs (personal projects, academic projects, or internships are acceptable).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• A degree in Design or a related field is a plus but not required.
