The Role

Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer  

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the design of user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with product goals and user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Participate in user research and usability testing sessions to identify pain points and improvement areas
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design ideas
• Help maintain design consistency across platforms by following and contributing to our design system
• Stay informed on design trends, best practices, and accessibility principles
• Assist in creating and updating design documentation and user flows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in UI/UX design
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles and attention to detail
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, Copilot, Lovable) to support quick prototyping, refactoring, and creative problem solving.
• Comfort with “vibe coding” — rapidly translating product and design ideas into prototypes using LLMs as collaborators, not just tools.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus)

Skills:

• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Comfortable receiving feedback and eager to grow in a collaborative team environment
• Awareness of accessibility best practices and responsive design
