The Role

Job Title: Junior UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying unmet user needs and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions.
• Creating concepts and visions for the ideal future of the product or solution.
• Utilizing knowledge in user experience, design, human factors research, wireless communications, application architecture, cybersecurity, imaging, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Developing human-centered end-to-end solutions in both hardware and software.
• Working effectively within a team, interacting with engineers, marketers, and product managers, and providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of software user experience design.
• Learning core UX design practices: wireframes, prototypes, surveys.
• Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality design output.
