The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for AI-driven products across web and mobile, from concept to production
• Design core user flows that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive, trustworthy, and easy to use
• Translate product goals and complex AI functionality into human-centered interaction flows and scalable design patterns
• Create wireframes, user flows, rapid prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new AI interaction models
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to explore problems and ship solutions
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights into design improvements
• Help define and evolve the design system to support speed, consistency, and scale
• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and product velocity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product / UX Design experience with a portfolio across web and mobile
• Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems
• Experience working closely with engineers and product managers
• Comfort designing in ambiguous, zero-to-one problem spaces
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products
• Usability testing and qualitative research experience
• Startup or early-stage product experience
• Interest in emerging UX patterns for AI and intelligent systems
