The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and iterate on product features across web and native desktop.
  • Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to bring products to life.
  • Stay informed on current industry trends and technologies, and how they can be incorporated into our design practices.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user experience, aesthetics, and product development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
  • Proficiency in using high fidelity prototyping tools such Protopie and Figma
  • Experience with user research and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Experience in animations and 3D modeling
  • Experience with user testing and validating design concepts.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
