The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Help take the product to the next level as an innovative Product Designer.
• Demonstrate passion for product and design, understanding what it takes to create a leading SaaS product.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, QA, and fellow designers to craft the app.
• Build prototypes to visualize new features and functionalities.
• Conduct research to gather user insights and feedback.
• Perform design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Advocate for and refine design principles and the design system on a daily basis.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of working in a design capacity.
• Experience working with Figma (or equivalent, Adobe XD, Sketch). Demonstrating expertise in utilizing these platforms to create innovative UI/UX prototypes following and building upon our design system and components.
• Have knowledge of accessibility standards, with a specific focus on WCAG 2.1 guidelines. An interest in designing inclusive and accessible digital experiences for diverse user needs and abilities
• Experience designing for mobile, web, and responsive design. Showcasing understanding of best practices and methodologies for crafting designs that adapt seamlessly to various platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
• Conduct comprehensive research, encompassing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies, to drive informed design decisions and align products with business goals and user needs.
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, showcasing a strong ability to create and edit visual content, including graphics and images to create assets for our Product.
• Experience working with data would be advantageous. Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative insights, drawing meaningful conclusions, and integrating these findings into the design process to enhance functionality and user engagement.
