About Us

Eigen Labs is a dynamic and innovative team building the EigenLayer protocol. Through its restaking platform, EigenLayer enables exponentially more blockchain services to be built by relying on Ethereum for security, reducing the large upfront capital costs blockchain services typically require. We believe that similar to how the cloud enabled thousands of builders to more easily build SaaS applications, EigenLayer will do the same for crypto services.

The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Own product design end to end.
• Shape the product requirements and provide input into the product roadmap
• Work with engineering to establish and improve our design systems
• Be the standard bearer for product quality and user experience

Qualifications:

• Not intimidated by technical products
• A mind for product strategy: We believe in a culture of empowered designers and engineers directly shaping the definition of the product they are building. This manifests in balancing user experience goals with business goals and engineering scope.
• You are proud and passionate about technology and crypto

Skills:

• Enjoy solving novel UX problems
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
