Clarity is the financial aid platform purpose-built to help schools attract, enroll and retain modern families.

For families, the Clarity Application eliminates the need to upload prior year tax documents, stores historical information to streamline the process for returning families, and can be completed in one sitting, often in less than 30 minutes. We believe that applying for financial aid should not become a barrier for families to engage with the enrollment process at K-12 tuition-based schools.

The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design efforts for multiple products.
• Contribute to overall product strategy and direction.
• Build productive, collaborative relationships with design, product, and engineering partners.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
• Develop and enforce design guidelines, advocating for a stronger design culture within Clarity.
• Gather requirements, incorporate technical constraints, engage in feedback loops, and ensure design solutions align with Clarity’s product vision.
• Leverage your expertise to tackle Clarity’s most challenging design problems.
• Help establish foundational processes that advocate for a design-centric approach and attention to detail in software development.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Passion and drive for designing best-in-class products.
• A portfolio showcasing excellent product designs delivered in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building and growing design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proven ability to manage design projects from concept through to delivery.
• A history of solving difficult and complex design challenges.
