The Role
Job Title: Product Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design of new Vantage SaaS applications as required by the Product Team, this will include working closely with developers and possibly the client to establish an agreed and signed off design document.
- Provide design enhancements for the existing products within the Vantage platform, this includes simulations, Query Builder, Query Analyser, Cohort Builder and any newly implemented products.
- Proactively identify opportunities for design enhancements across existing and new products and collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative UX solutions.
- Develop user journey maps to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and apply this insight to improve user flows and interactions across the Vantage platform.
- Produce mockups based on the ideas developed through planning and discovery sessions.
- Provide design services to the Research Team for client reports and image amendments
- Supply the required marketing material for conferences and exhibitions, this could include posters leaflets and banners.
- Monitoring and updating allocated tasks using the Jira application.
- Updating the team on work progress in the daily stand-up meetings, highlighting any potential delivery delays.
- Ensure assigned training is completed within the given timeframe.
- Keep all design work documented and accessible to other team members in SharePoint.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree level education, ideally in design or marketing, but not essential.
- Relevant experience in a similar role (2-3 years minimum).
- A high level of experience in using the Adobe Suite of tools in a business environment.
Skills:
• Experience or interest in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical sector.
• Great listening skills, inquisitive with a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to the Hammersmith office when required.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Ability to perform under stress.
• Ability to multitask.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
