The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media platforms including X, Blog, and YouTube.
• Assist in designing marketing-related website pages, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually compelling.
• Work with web developers to implement and test designs.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across various devices
• Product launches usually require making some form of marketing or go-to-market assets. These usually include social media designs, blog, and so on
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns including product launches, advertising campaigns, events, webinars, hackathons, and more.
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain design assets, templates, and style guides.
• Design and deliver high-quality designs under sometimes tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and design team to ensure designs align with the brand visual language and marketing objectives.
• Stay abreast with social media design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0-2+ years years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a marketing or branding context.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of web design best practices and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
