The Role
Job Title: Product Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Webflow’s Spring Design System by building out reusable components, patterns, icons, and documentation. Taking in account accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers across product teams to drive adoption of the design system, guide implementation, and evolve the design system.
- Participate in design reviews and office hours to help implement the design system and incorporate feedback and constraints from product teams
- Inform and support other product designers on contributing to the design system
- Partner with our Brand Design team to ensure an intentional customer experience from brand to product
Qualifications:
- Skilled in visual design, including typography, spacing, layout, colors and iconography
- Skilled in breaking down complex interaction design patterns
- Skilled in applying design system best practices and implementing reusable components using advanced Figma’s capabilities such as auto layout, libraries, variables and more
- Have experience designing, contributing to, and extending, complex design systems, as well as supporting their adoption within an organization
Skills:
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively whether you’re presenting or documenting information
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices
