The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and needs analysis to understand user behaviors, motivations, and pain points.  
• Translate user research findings into actionable insights and design requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.  
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs.  
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma, or other creative tools like Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.  

Skills:

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.
