The Role

Job Title: Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Improve the provider and client UX: Design and ship intuitive, pixel-perfect features that solve user pain points and scale with the product.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery and definition: Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and support managers to identify the right problems to solve and build extensible design solutions.
  • Advance our design systems: Contribute to and evolve our Figma design system to support team velocity, consistency, and developer handoff.
  • Champion user insight: Proactively gather and synthesize user feedback—via interviews, support tickets, or usage data—to inform decisions and drive impact.
  • Drive strategic design thinking: Look ahead to what a world-class MedSpa platform could be, helping us define bold bets and shape future product directions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong UX craft and systems thinking: You’ve led or played a major role in end-to-end UX for complex tools, ideally serving both external users and internal teams. You think in systems and design for scale.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes: You deliver high-quality work quickly and can point to real business or user impact (fewer support tickets, faster workflows, improved engagement).
  • Deep values alignment: You advocate for simplicity, push for the best solution (not just the fastest), and care deeply about user needs—especially under pressure.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach: You work well with PMs and engineers, seek out feedback, and make others better through clear communication and thoughtful design direction.

Work Style:

  • Full-Time
  • Remote
