The Role
Job Title: Product Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts for all stages of the design process, from initial brainstorming and team workshops to early project kickoffs, rough wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to the shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the product area, working closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Drive alignment, set goals, and foster understanding and motivation within your team and with your partners, ensuring close collaboration with product management and engineering peers.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to create compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs.
- Maintain a proactive approach to communication and problem-solving, request feedback early and often, and remain dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Work autonomously while keeping customer experience in mind, using the Canvas design system to ensure a fast and efficient design process.

- Proven experience in delivering products that are successful, intuitive, and have measurable impacts on both customers and the business.
- Proficiency in collaborating on and aligning strategic plans and visions with various stakeholders.
- Skill in managing project constraints and ensuring balanced execution of scope, speed, and quality.
- Experience in leading teams, setting goals, and holding team members accountable.
- Competence in establishing effective feedback processes and utilizing feedback for improvement.
- Adherence to and practice of company values, such as HEART (Honesty, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork), and applying them in daily work.
Skills:
- Ability to concentrate on critical tasks and avoid being overwhelmed by less important details.
- Skill in placing customers at the core of decision-making and design processes.
