At Vacier, we design minimalist and timeless jewelry crafted for everyday wear. As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we ship globally through partners in Europe, the USA, and Australia. While our focus has historically been on men’s jewelry, we recently launched our first women’s collection, marking an exciting step into new markets. As we move into 2025, we’re exploring fresh opportunities for growth, collaborations, and innovation.

The Role

Job Title:  Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the product design team in creating jewelry concepts that align with Vacier’s brand style.
• Oversee the development of new designs, experimenting with materials, forms, and finishes to produce timeless, wearable, and unique pieces.
• Manage the creation of detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to showcase design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet market demands and production feasibility.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and new product development while maintaining the brand’s core aesthetic.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and advancements to keep Vacier at the forefront of jewelry design.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product or jewelry design (with leadership) is welcome but not necessary (below two points applicable for the experienced candidates).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create timeless, elegant designs.
• Proven expertise in 3D design tools such as ZBrush, 3ds Max, Nomad, or similar software.
• Experience in mentoring or leading creative teams is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to articulate design ideas and provide constructive feedback.
• A passion for minimalist design and attention to detail.
