The Role
Job Title: Product Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design inclusive, accessible interfaces across the Justride platform, including UI, iconography, and visual elements
- Lead and contribute to a strong UX process, from research and concepting to delivery
- Run user testing and research to validate ideas and uncover insights
- Collaborate with developers and product managers across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, production-ready implementation
- Maintain and evolve Masabi's Design System, brand assets, and style guides
- Bring new perspectives, share learnings, and help shape how we design together
Qualifications:
- A portfolio demonstrating strong examples of experience design and interface design in products you have delivered to market
- Confidence with tools like Figma, Miro or similar, and a willingness to learn new ones
- Experience running workshops, gathering insights and making evidence-based design decisions
- A deep understanding of inclusive and accessible interface design and awareness of the latest industry trends and UI patterns
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain your thinking with clarity and empathy
- Curious, proactive, and engaged in continuous improvement of both product and process
- Collaborative by nature; thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys sharing ideas and learning with others
