The Role

Job Title: UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• You will own and enhance the UI design of our B2B SaaS products, ensuring compliance alongside an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface. 
• You are responsible for designing high-fidelity UI components, layouts, and  interactive elements based on product requirements.
• You will maintain  and refine our Figma design system, ensuring alignment  with brand and usability guidelines.
• You collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect  implementation of UI designs.
• You are responsible for conducting  UI audits to identify inconsistencies or  areas for improvement.
• You will develop and present design mockups, interactive prototypes, and  user  flows for new features and product enhancements.
• You will conduct research on the competitive landscape, UI trends and best  practices to continuously improve design quality and usability.

Qualifications:

• You already have at least more than 5 years of experience in UI design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• You have strong expertise in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens, and prototyping.
• You have a solid understanding of design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and UI best practices.
• You are able to translate complex UX concepts into clear, functional UI  designs.
• You are already experienced in working in agile, cross-functional teams  with  developers and product managers.
• You are able to present a portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work and design system contributions.
• You have a permanent residency in Germany.

Skills:

• You are characterized by strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
