The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to define the structure and flow of the product.
  • Ensure that the product is intuitive and easy to navigate, with buttons and elements placed logically.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product matches the design specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
  • Ensure alignment between UX and UI design, maintaining a consistent look and feel across the product.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Advocate for the user experience and ensure that user needs are prioritized in the design process.
  • Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
  • Ensure that design assets are organized and accessible to the development team.

Key Duties:

  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the brand identity.
  • Ensure designs are implemented as intended and integrate feedback from various stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, within Project and Program Management or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including user research, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and accessibility.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
