The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. 
• Discovery & Design Development: Participate in the discovery phase to identify user needs and design development to create solutions that enhance user experience. 
• Prototyping: Create prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback. 
• Designing Emails: Design engaging and responsive email templates for various communication needs. 
• Design System Development: Develop and support a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry. 
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, processes, and end results. 
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools. 

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, creativity, and a user-centered approach to problem-solving. 
• Fluency in English is a MUST; knowledge of other languages like German or Spanish is a plus.
