The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and prototyping mobile and web-based application
• Implementing sales, service, and customer support functionalities
• Supporting business units in achieving business goals by developing digital products and services
• Improving the effectiveness of activities (including sales or e-commerce)
• Developing and optimizing the existing solutions
• Creating new solutions and ideas
• Making decisions regarding the designed solutions based on analytical data, customer voice, and user research
• Cooperating with UI, research, business, and development teams
• Taking care of the consistency of the designed solutions, creating standards and recommendation

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in work related to UX design
• Fluent knowledge of Axure, Figma, Zeplin, and Sketch
• Experience in working with design systems
• Ability to conduct workshops, including workshops with stakeholders
• Experience in working with mobile applications and bot solutions
