The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• You work on our B2B products structuring and organizing content or information in a way that is intuitive and user-friendly. This often involves creating prototypes, sitemaps and user flow diagrams. 
• By following accessibility standards and guidelines, you ensure that the design is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and leadership, to drive product success. 
• You conduct user interviews and validate your work through user testing together with product management. 
• You conduct regular design reviews to provide guidance, identify challenges, and ensure quality standards. 

Qualifications:

• You have at least three years of practical experience in UI/UX or a related field, (with a portfolio showcasing a range of work, preferably in B2B).
• You are proficient with Figma, Design Systems and User Research tools. 

Skills:

• You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. 
• You have an extensive understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to designing inclusive digital experiences. 
• You are fluent in German and English and are keen to work in an international corporate environment with an "English First" approach.
