The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Product Architects and Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the UX of the product. 
• Conducting necessary research on technology trends and best practice solutions for the product user experience to provide advisory to the product management and development team. 
• Providing technical direction and mentorship to developers across several development teams.  
• Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback. 
• Designing and delivering wireframes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. 
• Establishing and maintaining style-related standards, including proper use of semantic markup and maintainable CSS. 
• Implementing CSS/Html changes on existing code base and partake in new features development.  

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (3+ years) in web UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application design projects 
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in CSS/Html coding. 
• Knowledge in Angular, PrimeNG , hands on experience is a plus. 
• Expert proficiency in Figma as the primary design tool (familiarity with similar design tools is a plus) 
• Adaptability to work within an existing codebase and UI library  

Skills:

• Demonstrated skills in executing high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web applications in the whole range of screen sizes from mobile to desktop 
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams to implement design solutions 
• Ability to gather and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders, including other departments and customers 
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts 
• Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
