The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points specific to the DTC model.
• Develop and maintain information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes to support design decisions.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Optimize the customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase engagement, with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Ensure responsive design and functionality across various devices and platforms.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, with a focus on DTC or e-commerce.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.

Skills:

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
