The Role
Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Create User-Centric Designs: Analyze user needs and pain points to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real problems and align with business goals.
- Shape Information Architecture: Define and organize content and workflows to ensure clarity, usability, and intuitive navigation for users.
- Conduct Research and Benchmarking: Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights, validate ideas, and benchmark against competitors to improve designs.
- Develop and Maintain Design Documentation: Produce clear, comprehensive documentation that captures design decisions, workflows, and specifications for seamless handoff to developers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, ensure feasibility, and align designs with strategic goals.
- Champion Usability and Accessibility: Advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility, conducting testing to validate and refine your designs.
- Drive Innovation Across Platforms: Deliver thoughtful design solutions for both desktop and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys and consistent experiences
Qualifications:
- UX/UI Design Expertise: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design and prototype intuitive, user-centered interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced skills in Figma, including prototyping, maintaining design systems, and preparing developer-ready files.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Experience conducting user research, analyzing data, and leveraging insights to inform design decisions.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and organized design documentation, including workflows, specifications, and design rationale.
- Strong Fundamentals: Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
Skills:
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, curious approach to solving design challenges, with a proven ability to align user needs with business goals.
- Language Skills: Confidence in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
