The Role

Job Title: UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading UX design for high-traffic landing pages, websites, and campaign experiences (research, wireframes, prototypes, final designs).
  • Designing user flows and interactions that maximize clarity, trust, and conversions.
  • Conducting and applying user research, usability testing, and A/B experimentation to refine designs.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance-optimized experiences.
  • Creating on-brand graphics, layouts, and supporting visuals for billboards, digital campaigns, social content, and other creative projects (approx. 25% of role).
  • Maintaining and evolving TopDog’s design system, ensuring consistency across UX and visual assets.
  • Partnering with decision science to translate insights and behavioral data into design improvements.
  • Communicating design rationale clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design impactful digital ads, social media graphics, branding material, and large-scale formats such as billboards.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing high-impact digital experiences.
  • Strong skills in UX fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience designing graphics/visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven design optimization.

Skills:

  • Ability to conduct or synthesize user research and usability findings into actionable design changes.
  • Ability to design ad-focused graphics using strong visual storytelling, clean typography, and effective layout techniques that align with brand identity.
  • Strong creativity and initiative in developing original ad concepts, from digital campaigns to large-scale formats such as billboards, with the ability to translate creative ideas into bold, attention-grabbing visuals.
  • Strong communication skills; able to present design work clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
