The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for desk phone screens, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Create visual designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best UI/UX design practices, particularly in desk phone interfaces.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects related to desk phone interfaces.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is desirable but optional.
• Experience with phone screen design is highly desired.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions.
