The Role

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

User Experience Design

• Lead discovery and design workshops to translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, journey maps, personas, and prototypes reflecting patient, caregiver, and site interactions.
• Ensure all designs follow accessibility best practices and usability for diverse audiences.

User Interface Design

• Create high-fidelity mockups and component libraries aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementation.

Research & Testing

• Conduct or support usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing.
• Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and feedback to continuously optimize user experience.
• Document insights and recommendations for iterative improvements.

Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Intelligence, and Enablement teams to define end-to-end experience architecture.
• Contribute to design system governance, pattern libraries, and accessibility frameworks.
• Collaborate with content strategists to ensure educational and adaptive content aligns with UX intent.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in digital health, life sciences, or SaaS.
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and high-impact deliverables.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams.

• Excellent communication, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
