Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• UI/UX Design Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a UI/UX Designer, particularly within HR tech, payroll, or payment/fintech industries.
• Developer Interaction: Previous experience collaborating directly with third-party developers, facilitating standup meetings, and translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for documenting requirements and collaborating with diverse teams.
