The Role

Job Title: User Interface Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Director to translate product goals and user needs into intuitive mobile app experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
• Deliver high-fidelity, production-ready designs for iOS and Android apps
• Design and maintain a scalable mobile design system in Figma, ensuring consistent UI/UX across the appIterate on designs based on data insights, product testing, and user feedback
• Lead visual execution of app features, from concept through to final UI
• Document design rationale, patterns, and handover processes clearly for developers and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with mobile UI trends, platform-specific guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design), and Figma best practices

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong focus on mobile apps
• Demonstrable portfolio of app designs launched at scale (iOS/Android)Expertise in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PMs, devs, QA)
• Bonus: fitness, wellness, or creator-led product experience
• Experience working at pace across multiple mobile product initiatives

Skills:

• Strong UX foundations and ability to map user journeys and flows
• Comfortable designing both native and cross-platform mobile experiences
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• The ability to work across multiple projects at the same time at pace
• Excellent time management and communication skills to handle multiple projects
• Someone who really takes pride in their work and the quality of their output
• A willingness to learn, improve and refine their craft
• Someone who’s naturally interested in creators, social commerce and socialcontent
