UX Designer

As a User Experience Designer within the Sleep & Respiratory Care Experience Design team, you have the exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how end-users interact with our products. Be part of a team redefining our sleep and respiratory care customer’s and patient’s experiences, designing mobile, enterprise software and embedded UI. Join a dedicated design team in Pittsburgh or Cambridge, working with Philips teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Envision and deliver solutions while providing safe, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
- Conduct and lead analysis of user needs. Create frameworks and interaction concepts across domains. Establish design principles, experience requirements, and guide teams with clarity and accuracy.
- Work with a cross-functional product development teams to define and verify the experience with customers and patients. Work closely with R&D and developers to ensure the experiences are technically feasible and implemented effectively.
- Bring key design competencies to the cross-functional team including workflow assessments, design sprint facilitation, concept development, and creation of a consistent brand experience for our customers via use of the Philips Design language.
Nessecary skills:
- You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
- and have worked on enterprise software, mobile and embedded UI.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design.
- You can work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and have worked with the agile development processes.
- You have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Figma, Framer, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design prototyping tools).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
