The Role

Job Title: UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop multiple design concepts rapidly to support A/B testing initiatives;
• Partner with data analysts to evaluate test results and identify impactful design solutions;
• Conduct competitive analyses to ensure designs align with best practices and market trends;
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities across the Ecommerce funnel, from site entry to checkout, to reduce friction and improve KPIs;
• Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Ecommerce UX Design with a deep understanding of KPIs and drivers of success;
• Proven experience delivering impactful design solutions that drive measurable optimization improvements;
• Experience with A/B testing (knowledge of tools like Adobe Target is a plus);
• Availability to work onsite at the North Point Office in San Francisco, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills;
• Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced workload effectively;
