The Role

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create UI prototypes, develop wireframes, and final designs.
• Create and document digital UI components.
• Drive a consistent experience across both web and mobile platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues as well as improvement opportunities.
• Create user centered designs, with an attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in articulating the rationale behind design choices.
• Get involved with company-wide meetings and outings.
• Become immersed in the payments industry.
• Obtain and maintain a full understanding of our clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with development teams during design and implementation phases.
• Conduct research and solicit feedback within the organization for enhancing the UI of the SwipeSimple product.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years professional experience in a UI/UX designer role.
• Modern knowledge of design software & tooling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. At least upper-intermediate English proficiency.
