The Role
Job Title: UX Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize user journeys across marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign experiences.
- Own and evolve navigation and information architecture to support ease of use and strategic goals.
- Conduct and apply UX research methods (e.g., usability testing, heuristic reviews, stakeholder interviews, etc.) to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams and cross-functional teams to ensure designs reflect brand identity while prioritizing business and user needs and to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Translate marketing goals and user insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Work within and help evolve the marketing design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with the broader product design system.
- Partnering with engineering and third-party vendors to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design integrity across digital experiences.
- Leverage data, testing, and stakeholder input to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and performance best practices are applied throughout your work.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required; BA/BS in Design, Marketing, Psychology preferred.
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a focus on marketing or branded digital experiences.
- Define clear, user-centered solutions that align properly with business goals, technical feasibility, align & connect to our design system where applicable.
- Structure your design files to increase efficiency, support changes and sustainability, and provide clarity to those that will engage with your deliverables.
- Prioritize all work effectively and successfully meet deadlines.
- Experience designing and optimizing navigation, content structures, and user flows.
- Comfortable conducting UX research and usability testing.
- Working knowledge of design systems and experience maintaining shared components.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and impact on engagement or conversion.
- Proficiency in Figma and equivalent design tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, web performance, and analytics tools is a plus.
Skills:
- Proven ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skilled at leading collaborative working sessions, design reviews, and discovery workshops.
- Proactively communicate challenges and clarify uncertainties.
