The Role
Job Title: UX Designer
Job Responsibilities
- Translate product and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
- Design mobile-first experiences by adapting complex desktop dashboards and workflows into usable, responsive tablet and mobile designs (iOS and Android).
- Work collaboratively with PMs and Engineers to ensure great implementations of our design ambitions.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and UX patterns.
- Participate in design critiques, product planning, and iterative feedback cycles.
- As needed, plan and conduct user research, including moderated testing, A/B tests, surveys, and usage data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Help advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a similar role.
- Experience designing for complex workflows or B2B environments.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools or interest in emerging UX technologies.
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and design-as-code practices to ensure scalable, consistent UI patterns.
- Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams (support, CS, etc.) for insights
- A strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing product design, including mobile apps and/or enterprise tools like SaaS platforms, especially work that adapts complex desktop interfaces to mobile or tablet environments.
- Experience conducting UX research: usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, or behavior data analysis.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with a strong working knowledge of Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, etc.)
- Understanding of UX best practices including responsive design, mobile patterns, and accessibility.
- Able to design with an understanding of front-end implementation constraints (HTML, CSS, JS), ensuring solutions are feasible and scalable in a modern dev environment.
- Interest in AI-driven prototyping and design-to-code tools; we’ll support you in learning them.

- Strong communication skills, you’re comfortable presenting work and explaining rationale to fellow team members and clients.
