The Role

Job Title: UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, UX Research, and Marketing—to identify user challenges and design opportunities.
  • Translate research insights into compelling wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Advocate for inclusive user-centered design principles, lead design discussions, and present design rationale to stakeholders for buy-in.
  • Contribute to design standards, guidelines, and strategies that ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across products.
  • Participate in usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine and improve existing product experiences.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the broader team.
  • Present design rationale and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design standards and overall design strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with 4–8 years of proven experience in UX design for digital products.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes—from concept to execution—with clear problem-solving narratives.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in a global organization or in cross-functional, diverse teams.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design and agile methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and applying design research methodologies to inform design decisions.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments and managing multiple design projects concurrently.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for pushing design boundaries to deliver innovative user experiences.
