The Role
Job Title: UX Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research as part of a rapid, iterative plan to deliver a delightful user experience for our B2B customers.
- Work with product managers and developers to articulate user needs, refine their stories, and translate them into ideas and designs in the exploration of new, innovative product ideas while refining existing features
- Create and direct UX design deliverables including, but not limited to, user journeys and flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Develop UX standards and style guidelines and ensure their consistent application within and across products
- Facilitate cross-discipline meetings, collaborative design sessions, and creative brainstorms
- Ability to meet milestones, self-manage, and deliver on multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
- Must be able to create, organize and share files that can easily be accessed and interpreted by other designers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product experience design
- Experience shipping B2B and/or SaaS products is a plus
- A portfolio of previous work demonstrating successful design solutions
- Experience with Figma/Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other prototyping/visualization software
- Experience in designing graphics, along with complex interface and user interaction layouts
- Experience with user-centric design processes
Skills:
- Skilled at prototyping and quick thinking
- Attention to detail and care for producing polished work
- Excellent design and communications capabilities
- Experience designing mobile applications would be a plus
- Optional: A University degree in User Experience Design
