The Role
Job Title: UX Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design advanced functional prototypes quickly and iteratively.
- Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and interaction design specifications to create a comprehensive application flow experience.
- Plan and execute a solid UX process across multiple feature sets within a single mobile application.
- Expertly design the flow, incorporating business requirements, market analysis, quantitative and qualitative research findings, technical limitations, customer feedback, and usability criteria.
- Conduct UX research, including creating user personas, benchmarks, feature analysis to understand user needs and expectations.
- Propose and conduct UX research methodologies when required, such as user testing, card sortings, heuristic analysis, surveys, etc., to validate and improve the mobile app design.
- Facilitate ideation and design thinking sessions to generate new ideas and design solutions with the rest of the team.
- Identify and prioritize proposals based on analysis of existing product designs, business needs, and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product designers, UX researchers, Product Owners, and Product Directors to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Interpret quantitative data from tools like Amplitude to gain insights and continuously improve the user experience.
- Generate clear and concise reports communicating results and opportunities to all levels of the organization.
- Communicate and professionally present the product to the rest of the team or external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the UX research function within the team.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UX Design as a key member of a design team participating in the product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrable experience in developing medium to high fidelity prototypes and interaction design at an advanced level.
- Expertise in information architecture for complete application flow design.
- Strong portfolio of design projects and UI/UX processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, UX or related field, equivalent professional experience
- Solid knowledge of Figma.
- Solid knowledge of native iOS applications.
- Experience in participating in usability testing, proposing UX methodologies, and design research activities.
- Ability to work in an agile, proactive, and pragmatic manner, adhering to established deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytical data to inform design decisions.
- Ability to propose and lead ideation sessions.
- Experience with research for mobile apps
- Knowledge of Amplitude
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to document processes effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
