The Role

Job Title: UX Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify key user scenarios and create flows to optimize navigation.
• Develop a structured site map for clear content access.
• Create wireframes to outline layout and functionality.
• Transform wireframes into interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design intuitive user interfaces, focusing on usability.
• Maintain the existing design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Convert user requirements into high-fidelity prototypes that reflect their needs.
• Gather feedback from user testing to identify issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement design.
• Provide detailed specifications and assets to ensure accuracy.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles during development.
• Stay updated on new trends in UX/UI design.
• Participate in critiques, workshops, and training to enhance your skills.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in data products or market intelligence platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and a user-centered design process.
• Strong understanding of React and similar modern front-end frameworks, including the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Passion for creating user-centric designs and improving user experiences.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge or interest in market intelligence, data visualization, or business intelligence.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
