The Role

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead UX and UI design for new product features and workflows
• Work with product and engineering to translate ideas into user-centric solutions
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Help define and evolve a consistent, scalable design system
• Provide dev-ready design assets and support frontend engineers during implementation
• Bring creativity and structure to designing new interaction patterns in the AI space

Qualifications:

• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years in a UI/UX or product design role with end-to-end ownership
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and interface polish
• Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools
• Experience designing developer tools, technical products, or workflow-heavy platforms
• Curiosity about AI, LLMs, and the future of human-computer interaction
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts (e.g., design systems, Storybook, HTML/CSS)
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) best practices and inclusive design

Skills:

• Clear communication skills — able to collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Passion for designing elegant solutions to complex technical workflows
