The Role

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centered web applications across multiple products
  • Lead the full design process — from discovery to usability testing and iteration
  • Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable designs
  • Collaborate with developers and PMs in cross-functional product teams
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other tools
  • Champion UX practices and help grow design maturity within your product area
  • Present design decisions backed by user insights and business needs

Qualifications

  • Confident working autonomously through the entire design process
  • Skilled in talking to users, conducting UX studies, and analyzing feedback
  • Comfortable collaborating in a remote-first, async environment
  • Able to explain and justify design decisions with data and usability findings
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus
  • Passion for user-centered design and continuously improving product UX

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, especially written
  • Experience with tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, MixPanel, Lyssna, Typeform
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones and disciplines
  • Self-directed and proactive in a flexible, distributed team environment
