The Role
Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Job Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered web applications across multiple products
- Lead the full design process — from discovery to usability testing and iteration
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable designs
- Collaborate with developers and PMs in cross-functional product teams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other tools
- Champion UX practices and help grow design maturity within your product area
- Present design decisions backed by user insights and business needs
Qualifications
- Confident working autonomously through the entire design process
- Skilled in talking to users, conducting UX studies, and analyzing feedback
- Comfortable collaborating in a remote-first, async environment
- Able to explain and justify design decisions with data and usability findings
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus
- Passion for user-centered design and continuously improving product UX
Skills
- Strong communication skills, especially written
- Experience with tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, MixPanel, Lyssna, Typeform
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and disciplines
- Self-directed and proactive in a flexible, distributed team environment
