The Role
Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and analysis to identify needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Translate insights into clear design artifacts such as personas, customer journeys, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, and prototypes
- Plan, facilitate, and document collaborative workshops to shape new products and services
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented
- Work as part of interdisciplinary teams combining business, technology, and design expertise to deliver innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Degree (BA/MA/Diploma) in a design-related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Skills
- Strong ability to make complex topics simple and intuitive, with a focus on both visual and interaction design
- User-centered mindset with empathy for customers and end users
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach to developing and implementing design concepts quickly
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive improvements in products and services
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English (German a plus, if relevant)
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
