The Role

Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications.
• Update and optimize the user interface (UI) of existing applications.
• Design user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Translate text-based or written design requirements into full-fledged mockups.
• Conduct research to find out possible design solutions for the project.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the design fulfills project requirements and technical specifications.
• Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies to improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio of recent works.
• Must be proficient in the latest design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Ability to develop UI mockups and prototypes illustrating how websites and applications function and look.
• Must have experience with logo and vector art design using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure the interface is accessible across all devices and screen sizes.
• Must be able to identify and solve complex UI/UX challenges.
• Familiarity with color theory, composition, and typography.
• Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS is preferable.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Must be a team player and able to work regularly with designers and developers to fulfill the requirements.
• Strong command over the English language is a MUST.
• Candidates should be comfortable working during EST and CST office hours to coordinate with clients.
