After the initial rejection, Apple officially approved UTM SE. The app is now available for free for iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS.

UTM SE allows users to run older versions of Windows and macOS on their mobile devices. It supports both VGA graphics mode and terminal text-based mode for operating systems. It emulates x86, PPC, and RISC-V architectures, running off-the-shelf machines or creating its own custom configuration.

The application is based on QEMU, a powerful and widely used open-source emulator for emulating hardware on various platforms.
The application is now available for download from the App Store. However, users will need to find the appropriate operating system images online.
As for now, it is reported that the emulator will only be available for EU countries.
