The CEO of Microsoft AI has announced the official launch of Copilot Vision for all Edge users. This feature was originally released as an experimental tool, only available to paid subscribers of Copilot Pro. Now, it is available to any Edge user who has a Microsoft account.

The new AI- feature Copilot Vision can describe what it sees on the screen when using the Edge browser. Using AI, the tool analyzes the current web page and provides users with a summary of the information it finds, and answers questions about the page's content.

According to Microsoft's support page, Copilot Vision can help users find information by highlighting parts of the screen, but it does not actually click on links or perform any actions on their behalf. Copilot Vision is designed to be used with voice commands, allowing users to interact with the AI tool hands-free in a more natural way.

At the moment, this feature is still quite limited, as it is only compatible with some websites (Wikipedia, Amazon, Food & Wine, Tripadvisor, Target, OpenTable, Williams Sonoma, Wayfair и Geoguessr). If you visit an unsupported website, Copilot will display a gray icon with crossed-out glasses and refuse to interact with the content on that page.

At the moment, Copilot Vision's free access is limited to users in the United States.
