Sketch has introduced a major Copenhagen update
Sketch has unveiled a complete interface redesign in the new Liquid Glass style. The interface is cleaner, more logical, and more modern.
The Sketch team has introduced the Copenhagen update - the first major interface redesign in years. Inspired by the aesthetics of macOS Tahoe, the update focuses primarily on improving usability and making the tool more intuitive for designers.
One of the most noticeable changes is the introduction of a fixed sidebar that replaces the former floating panels. Document tabs are now placed next to the lists of pages and layers, making navigation more streamlined and the workspace better structured.

The Layers panel has been redesigned, and a new Focus mode has been added, showing only the elements related to the object currently being edited. This is especially helpful when working with large files, as the interface becomes less distracting and easier to navigate.

Additionally, Sketch now features an adaptive toolbar that changes based on the selected tool, and the Inspector has gained convenient movable panels instead of pop-ups. Altogether, these improvements make Sketch more modern, more coherent, and significantly more efficient for everyday design work.
