Apple announces new Mac Mini with M4 chip and updates iMac with new colors
The new Mac Mini, powered by the regular M4 processor, will start at $599 and an iMac with an 8-core CPU and an 8-core GPU starts at $1,299.
Apple has announced a smaller but more powerful Mac Mini, powered by the latest M4 processor from Apple. This new Mac Mini is capable of ray tracing and includes 16GB RAM and a variety of ports: There are two USB-C ports and a 3.5 mm audio jack on the front, and Ethernet, HDMI, and three USB-C/Thunderbolt ports on the back. The new Mac Mini features a more compact design with a length and width of five inches.
The M4 Pro Mac Mini was also unveiled, boasting enhanced performance thanks to its 14 CPU cores and 20 GPU cores. The RAM capacity can be expanded up to 32 GB with the standard M4 processor, or up to 64 GB with the M4 Pro. The maximum storage capacity is 8 terabytes.

Apple has also upgraded the iMac with the M4 chip, which features an 8-core processor and a 10-core GPU.
Like the previous model, the new iMac features a 24-inch 4K display and Apple also offers a "nano-texture glass option" for an additional $200.
The new iMac comes with up to 16GB RAM, with the option to configure a more powerful model with 32GB The device also features a 12 megapixel webcam and new Apple Intelligence capabilities.
The new iMac is available in a variety of colors, including green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver.
An iMac with an 8-core CPU and an 8-core GPU starts at $1,299, while a more powerful model with a 10-CPU and a 10-GPU costs $1,499.
